1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ok365 website, the ok365 mobile app, and all services offered under the ok365 brand. This document is to be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ok365, both of which form part of this overall agreement.

Each ok365 member is only permitted to hold one account only. Holding more than one account is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the freezing of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of balances and wins.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• Ok365 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to the ok365 support team immediately.
• Your ok365 account is strictly for personal use and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party.
• Ok365 reserves the right to request further verification through the KYC process — including copies of your ID, proof of address, and bank statements — before processing any withdrawal.

4 Deposit & Payments

6 Bonus & Promotions

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• The welcome bonus is available exclusively to new members who have never previously held an ok365 account.
• Ok365 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated wins if bonus abuse is proven, including the use of multiple accounts or betting strategies deemed to exploit promotions.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated on the relevant promotions page — typically between 20x and 35x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Ok365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to manipulate the ok365 bonus system will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

7 Member Conduct

All ok365 members are required to conduct themselves responsibly, honestly, and with respect toward all parties using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited on the ok365 platform:

• Using automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to manipulate games or bonuses.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Ok365 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to meet KYC verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Abuse of ok365's bonus or promotions system.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member through the Responsible Gaming feature.
• Instructions from law enforcement agencies or relevant authorities.

If your account is closed at your own request and no terms have been violated, any valid balance (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you once verification is complete.

9 Liability Limits

Ok365 is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond ok365's control.
• Betting decisions made by members based on inaccurate information or ineffective game strategies.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your password.
• Changes in currency exchange rates or charges imposed by the member's bank or third-party payment providers.

In any circumstance, the maximum total liability of ok365 to any member is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming
